NUIM Biology Society is a student-run organisation for anyone with an interest in the life sciences in the National University of Ireland Maynooth. The current committee is listed here
We organise weekly talks by a variety of speakers, from forensic scientists to wildlife researchers. We also show movies and organise fun events such as quizzes and trips.
Every year we hold the Whittaker Awards, a student lecture competition with fantastic prizes.
Events like these are always fun and interesting; if you have any interest in life, nature or biology you should come along to any of our meetings.
